Pre-Workshop Interview:
Standard procedure is to conduct brief telephone interview of all attendees before workshop. This helps to insure that attendees derive the maximum benefit from the workshop.

Registration Transfer / Cancellation Policy:
More than 3 Weeks Before the Workshop:
Attendees may cancel or transfer their registration up to three weeks before the workshop. Cancellations receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to any other couples workshop scheduled within the following year, converting the tuition paid into a one-time credit for use within one year toward a future "The Art & Science of Love" Couples Workshop produced by Lisa Lund and listed on aCouplesPlace.com. Only one transfer and re-registration per couple is permitted. Credits are forfeited following a second cancellation.
Within 3 Weeks Before the Workshop:
Registration cancellations within three weeks of the workshop are non-refundable but may be transferred. Your tuition, less a $100 processing fee, will be converted to a one-time credit for use within one year toward a future "The Art & Science of Love" Couples Workshop produced by Lisa Lund and listed on aCouplesPlace.com. Registrants may only transfer and re-register once. Registration credit is considered forfeited after the second cancelation.
Within 48 Hours Before the Workshop:
Registration tuition is non-refundable and is considered forfeited for cancelations made within 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop date.
Workshop Cancellation:
If the workshop is cancelled for any reason and the Attendee is unable or unwilling to attend on a rescheduled date, the Attendee will receive a refund for 100% of fees paid with the exception of force majeure. We are not responsible for nor will we reimburse any travel, accommodation or other related expenses the Attendee has incurred in the event of a cancelled workshop.

This workshop is psycho-educational and its resources are not intended as a substitute for therapy.
Presenter Substitution - Change of Venue:
If for any reason a scheduled presenter is not able to appear they will be replaced with a Gottman Certified Couples Workshop Leader. In the event a venue or presenter is changed, no reimbursements will be given.
